BLUE MOUNTAINS

On Christmas Eve we drove from Sydney to the Blue Mountains. It was very foggy when we got there. For the first time it was properly cold and we got a Christmas Eve feeling with a fire and decorations. The next day was Christmas day and I got a boomerang with an Echidna, which is my favourite Australian animal. We went sight-seeing to the Three Sisters which are huge rocks in a gorge, looking down onto a huge rain forests.

Its very strange seeing English things on the other side of the world and other things like English muffins? The Blue Mountains have the weirdest things but some of the most amazing things the heights and drops take your breath away. We walked on cliff walks and over bridges with nothing under them for at least 5 miles.

We went to Scenic World where there was a selection of transportation around the cliff including the world's steepest railway, the world's steepest cable car and a Skyway - a cable car that goes super high and has a clear floor.
P.S. MERRY CHRISTMAS
